On Site Consultation

A design direction is decided by discussing the scope and parameters of your project.

We will review why the decision has been made to start this project. Is it for re-sale, or is this your forever home?

We will review possible products and consider which is the best option moving forward. These choices may change as the process continues – it’s not final.

Measurements of the “as is” are taken and the design process begins.
Design Review

The design review usually entails understanding the placement of cabinets and the flow of traffic, and the relationship between cabinetry and space.

This visit may be one week or more from the first appointment depending on the project’s timeline and size of the project.

The next step is to focus on the cabinetry selection, in terms of functionality, materials, cabinetry companies and overall costs.
Codes & Regulations

Once the design is in the final stage and close to completion, we review the compatibility and codes of all your appliances and accessories.

Verification of all construction and material selections must comply with your municipality codes before moving forward.

All documentation and the design contract must be signed prior to placing the cabinetry order.
Sales Agreement

A 50% deposit at the time of signing is required to process the cabinetry order and is non-refundable.

The remaining 50% is collected three days prior to delivery of the cabinetry to your home. There is no exception to this rule.
